Gregg Westwood is a seasoned former actor, dancer, and massage therapist with over 35 years of expertise in somatic psychology. He integrates creative arts, indigenous wisdom, and multidimensional awareness into his Depth Integration approach.

Gregg holds a Master’s Degree in Somatic Psychology and has certifications in various healing modalities. He mentors clients, leads international retreats, and co-hosts the *Our Souls Speak* podcast. Through conscious embodiment practices, he creates transformative spaces for embodied soul integration and authentic self-expression. Gregg hosted the *Healing Trauma through Conscious Embodiment* and *Conscious Embodiment* summits.
